EcoRouter workspaces are private environments for organizations to manage knowledge and AI usage securely. Here is what you can do with them:

• Private Collaboration: You can create a workspace for your organization and invite team members as owners, admins, or members.
• Company Knowledge: You can save answers as company knowledge that only your team can see and reuse. These answers remain private and never become public.
• Custom Instructions and Files: Owners and admins can provide specific instructions on how EcoRouter should respond and upload company documents. These settings and files are used only within your workspace.
• Organization and Discussion: You can organize knowledge into company channels and use team comments to discuss saved answers, which stay contained within your workspace.
• Data Control: Owners and admins can export the workspace's saved knowledge as a CSV file, ensuring your company’s information remains under your control.

You can create a company workspace by opening the workspace switcher in the app.
